Instant Polls

With the new Poll Manager, you can create polls before or during your meetings. Simply
click New Poll, enter your question and up to 5 options. Click Open for Voting and your audience sees your poll instantly. Choose to share the results with everyone or keep them to yourself - it’s your choice. If you decide to use the same poll over several meetings, you can choose to display the results of the poll for all the meetings, or you can choose to display that particular meeting's poll results in isolation. Document Storage and Secure Document Sharing

WIth our new Resource Manager, you can upload and store all your presentations, Powerpoints, and now Word and Excel documents in our secure cloud - before, during or after your meeting. While you can always share a new document at any time during your meeting - you now have all your favorite documents no more than 2 clicks away. Web Mashups

Sharing content, and making sure everybody is on the same page, is challenging. This is where our new Mashups feature comes in. By pasting the embed code, whatever web content you want to show wil be shown to all attendees and saved for future meetings. If it's a video, as you play or pause it, you will be manipulating the video on everybody's screen. Similarly, for a Picassa album - everybody sees the photo you want them to see.
