Scheduling a Meeting
- Log in to your Dimdim account.

- Click the instant Schedule button or under the Home tab, click Schedule.
- In the Schedule Meeting dialog box that appears, enter the meeting name, agenda and the email address of the people you want to invite for the meeting.
Pro, Webinar and Enterprise users can enter a meeting key to make it a private meeting. For more information, see Setting a Private Meeting.
- Enter the start date, end date, start time and timezone.
- Click Schedule.
An email with details of your scheduled meeting is sent to the invitees.
A widget is also created. For more information, see Viewing the Widget.
