Joining a Meeting

Note:

    • You do not have to be a Dimdim member to attend a web meeting.
    • You do not have to install anything to join a meeting. All you need is a browser and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player running on your system.
    • You cannot join a meeting if the host has not started the meeting.

Joining a Public Meeting

  1. Click the meeting link in the email you were sent or copy and paste the unique meeting URL you received via chat in the browser or go to www.dimdim.com and click Join Meeting.

Join Meeting

You are directed to the meeting room.

  1. In the Set Display Name dialog box that appears, enter your name (the name that will be displayed to others in the web meeting).

Joining a Private Meeting

    1. Click the meeting link in the email you were sent or copy and paste the unique meeting URL you received via chat in the browser or go to www.dimdim.com and click Join Meeting.
    2. In the Join Meeting dialog box that appears, enter the Attendee Key.

    Private meeting

    1. Click Join.
