Hosting an Instant Meeting

  1. Log in to your Dimdim account.

Host Meeting

  1. Click the instant Start button or under the Home tab, click Start Now.
    Note: If you click the instant Start button, you are instantly taken to your meeting room.
  2. In the Start Dimdim dialog box that appears, enter the meeting name, agenda and the email address of the people you want to invite for the meeting.
    Pro, Webinar and Enterprise users can enter a meeting key to make it a private meeting. For more information, see Setting a Private Meeting.
  3. Host Meet

  4. Click Start.
