Sharing your Desktop
- Start the meeting.
- In the meeting room, click Share Screen.
Note: The first time you choose to share your screen, you will be prompted to install the screencasting plug-in.
The screen sharing options open in the collaboration workspace.
- In the collaboration workspace under Desktop, select Share
The desktop sharing starts.
The on-screen controller appears at the top of the screen. You can see the number of people viewing your desktop.
