Inviting Attendees to the Meeting

 

 

 

You can invite attendees to the meeting before or during the meeting.

Before the Meeting

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Under the Home tab, click Schedule or Start Now.
  3. In the Schedule Meeting or Start Dimdim dialog box that appears, enter the email addresses of the attendees in the Invitees field.
  4. Select Schedule.
    An email containing your personal meeting room URL is sent to the attendees.

During the Meeting

  1. Start the meeting.
  2. In the meeting room, click Invite or click your name and select Invite... from the drop down menu or click by eMail button in the collaboration workspace.

  3. In the Meeting Invitations dialog box that appears, enter the email addresses.

  4. Choose local email or Dimdim email to send the invite.
    An email containing your personal meeting room URL is dispatched.

You can instantly invite your friends to the meeting by providing your personal meeting room URL via phone or on instant messenger

  1. Start the meeting.
  2. In the meeting room, click Via Phone or Copy URL button in the collaboration workspace.
    If you click Via Phone button, the following dialog box appears:

You can also copy the meeting URL in the following way:

  1. Click Tools and select Meeting Info from the drop down menu. .
  2. In the Web Meeting Information dialog box that appears, click the URL to copy it to the clipboard.
