Attendee: Inviting People to the Meeting

Note: You can also invite people to the meeting if the host has enabled the invite feature for attendees.

  1. Join the meeting.
  2. In the meeting room, click your name and select Invite Others to this Meeting from the drop down menu.
  3. Attendee's Invite

  4. In the Meeting Invitations dialog box that appears, enter the email addresses.

  5. Choose local email or Dimdim email to send the invite.
