Using your Camera
With Dimdim Free, only the host's video (One Way Video) is shown to all the participants of the meeting.
Dimdim Pro and Dimdim Business support four-way videos (1 Host Video + 3 Attendee Videos). The host can choose which attendee's video is to be shown. Dimdim Webinar provides one-way video.
Prerequisites:
- The Camera and Microphone or Camera option is selected in the Features tab.
- Host: You have started your meeting and allowed the A/V Broadcaster to gain access to the microphone.
- Attendee: The host should have given you access to share your camera (Pro Only).
- You have closed all other recording applications.
- Start the meeting.
- Right-click on the video chat window and select Settings….
Note: Mac users can Control-click to bring this menu.
- In the Adobe Flash Player Settings dialog box that appears, click
. - Select the camera from the drop down menu.
Note: You can click the Reload icon
to restart the Video Chat window.
